Hoffman - Mrs Simone
from Hawkesbury passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013
at the age of 91.
She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Hoffman;
the daughter of the late Arthur Millette and of the late Adélia Lacelle;
the dear mother of Jacques Hoffman;
the loving sister of Vincent (Lucienne), Fernand (Lucienne), Jean-Guy (Suzanne) and Thérèse;
the adored godmother of Roger Millette (Sylvie), André Millette (Johanne) and Patrice Hoffman.
She was predeceased by her brothers and sister François, Maurice, Germain and Yvette.
She is survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Friends may call at Berthiaume Funeral Home Ltd. 416, McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511 Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 11 a.m.
A funeral service will be held at Paroisse Saint-Pierre-Apôtre Church in Hawkesbury on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 2 p.m.
For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 837, Pitt Street Unité # 1, Cornwall, Ontario, K6J 3S5 would be appreciated.
