SARAH MILDRED ALLNUTT died peacefully in her one hundred and second year on November 21, 2013 at Grace Dart Residence, Montreal.
Born in Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford, Quebec, on February 6, 1912, she was the daughter of Ernest Raymond Allnutt and Harriet May Allnutt (Hazell). Predeceased by her brothers and their wives George Raymond (Ray and Betty), Albert Ernest (Bert and Helen), Edward Bruce (Bruce and Margaret), and also by her sisters Marion Hazel, Annie Grace and Mary Winnifred, she is survived by nieces and nephews as well as many grand nieces and nephews, their children and Mildred’s friends. Mildred graduated from Toronto Bible College in 1944 and worked and lived in Toronto where she attended Immanuel Baptist Church.
The family thanks the wonderful staff and the volunteers at Grace Dart Extended Care Centre who showed such kindness and cared for Mildred so well. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Vankleek Hill Ontario, on Friday November 29th 2013 at 10 a.m.
