DEATH NOTICE
Pratt - Mr Levy Jr. from Hawkesbury passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the age of 56.
The beloved husband of Hélène Pratt;
The son of the late Levy Pratt sr. and of the late Marie Rose;
The loving father of Julie (Ovide) and Alexandre (Martine);
The adored grandfather of Jason;
The dear brother of Carole, Bernice, Hélène, Anne-Marie and Marguerite;
The brother-in-law and good friend of Jean.
He is survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Friends may call at Berthiaume Funeral Home Ltd. 1243, Lansdowne, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511 Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10:30 a.m.
A funeral service will be held at F.X. Berthiaume Chapel in Hawkesbury on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 11 h.
