DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Julie Villeneuve from Hawkesbury passed away, after a battle of over 9 years against cancer, on Monday, January 19, 2015 at the age of 53.
Her family will always consider themselves lucky and they will forever be grateful of her courage and perseverance that she manifested to be on earth with her loved ones as long as possible.
She was the beloved wife of Patrick Lavoie;
the daughter of the late Henri Villeneuve and of Madeleine Charbonneau;
the loving mother of Danieka;
the adored grandmother of Abigail and Karim;
the dear sister of Danielle Rathier (André Mantha).
She leaves behind a special grandson Malakai who was her strength and light.
She was predeceased by a brother Michel Villeneuve.
She is survived by a sister-in-law Chantale Lavoie (Richard Lacelle) also by many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and friends.
Friends may call at Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 1243, Lansdowne, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511 Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 11 a.m.
A funeral service will be held at the F.X. Berthiaume Chapel in the funeral home on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2 p.m.
For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 837, Pitt Unite # 1, Cornwall, Ontario, K6J 3S5 would be appreciated.

Julie etait une personne tres speciale et inspirante. J'ai de grands frissons a penser qu'elle n'est plus parmi nous. Grande tristesse meme. Une femme authentique nous quitte.
