DEATH NOTICE
It is with great sadness that the family of Mr. Roger Lalonde from Hawkesbury (originally from St-Bernardin) announce his passing surrounded by love and his family on Monday, April 6, 2015 at the age of 89 years and 10 months.
He was the beloved husband of Simonne Lalonde nee Bériault;
the son of the late Josephus Lalonde and of the late Rose-Alma Leroux;
the loving father of Sylvie (Jean-Pierre Desjardins), Jean-Claude, Joanne (Richard Longtin), Raymonde (Gérald Carrière), Nicole (Michel Castonguay), Denise (Robert Campeau), Lisette (Pierre Paquette) and Jean-Roger (Chantal Millette);
the adored grandfather of Stéphanie (John), Éric (Rachel), Véronique (Justin), Sophie (Alexandre), Steve, Marie-Christine (Michel), Alexandre, Roxanne (Jean-Marc), Patrick, Jean-François, Philippe, Karianne, Chloé and the great grandfather of Émmanuel, Loic, Madelyn, Lyam and Félix.
He was predeceased by a son before his birth Jean-Marie also by his brothers and sisters: Armand, Jean, Rolland (late Stella), Jeannette (late Philippe Lalonde) and Jeannine (late Armand Wathier).
He is survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family wishes to thank the Bayshore nurses and Dr Johanne Robert for the great care given throughout the last years.
Friends may call at Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416, McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511, Friday, April 10, 2015 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday April 11, 2015 from 11 a.m.
A funeral service will be held at St-Bernardin Church in on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 2 p.m.
