DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Denise Johnson from Montreal
passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the age of 70.
She was the daughter of Shirley Mason and of the late Jean Boulay;
the cherished mother of Lonnie (Trish) and Cory (Joanna);
the loving grandmother of Quaid, Shanel, Quiauna and Kayla;
the sister of Monique Boulay.
She also leaves many nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Joseph D'Ignazio and the wonderful staff at the Manoir Carillon in Chute-à-Blondeau, Ontario and as well to Bayshore HealthCare for the excellent cares given and their kindness of heart.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416, McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
