DEATH NOTICE
Mr. Bernard Stark from L'Orignal passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the age of 81.
He was the partner of Jean-Pierre Noël;
the son of the late Bernard Stark and of the late Maria Bei Der Hake;
the dear brother of Antonia, Josef, Franz and Hedwig.
Bernard was a member of St-Jean Baptiste Parish, Petanque club from Hawkesbury from the beginning and of the German speaking club 'Alte heimat'.
He is survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces in Germany as well as many friends.
Funeral details were entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416, McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
A funeral service will be held at St-Jean-Baptiste Church in L’Orignal on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. The family will be present from 9:30 a.m. to receive your condolences.

The Final Departure Death is the time when we have to go When that will be? We do not know! It is the time when our bodies quit on us Or the time when the Lord decides that suffering is enough Death is the time when our souls depart to make a brand new Heavenly start. A time when loved ones have to take their leave and all the mourners suffer and grieve. They grieve the fact that one has departed, and for some of those, their life had not yet started. A life Eternal would not be too kind to see much suffering and be almost be blind. At an advanced age, the body does not function, at the critical time the Church Minister gives Extreme Unction. We have to learn to accept the fact that at some time our bodies are at their final Act. Life plays out in this cycle of come and go The time of the Final Act, we do not know.
