DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Susan Dorothy Smith from Lake Louisa, Quebec, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the age of 69.
She was the beloved wife of Donald Smith;
The daughter of the late Allan Fletcher and of the late Dorothy Gilbert;
the cherished mother of Amanda (Wesley), Cheryl and Stephanie (Jeff);
the loving grandmother of Jack, Faith and Emma;
the dear sister of Barbara (Gordie) and Ken (Laurie).
She is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of both the Ottawa General Hospital and the Hawkesbury General Hospital for their great care.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home. 416, McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
