DEATH NOTICE
Monique Diotte Murdoch - August 24, 1937 – August 25, 2019
Mrs. Monique Diotte Murdoch native from Brownsburg, and resident in Hawkesbury for many years, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the age of 82.
She was the beloved wife of the late James H. Murdoch;
the daughter of the late Wilfrid Diotte and of the late Marie-Jeanne Lalonde.
She was predeceased by her step-daughters Cheryl Murdoch and Linda Howard (late Bruce Howard) also her step-son Leslie Murdoch (late Nancy).
Monique was the loved godmother of Christine Beaulieu (Bruno), the loved step-mother of JoAnne Bates (Mark) and Norine Demeria (Jerry), as well as the grand-mother of 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Monique was also the godmother of Josée O’Brien (Stephen). She is survived by numerous cousins and relatives.
A special thanks to her dearest friends Walter, May, Faye and Claudia who were always there for her.
Monique was a friendly, out-going, happy person, enjoying live who loved knitting, crafting and of course, playing cards. She will be missed by family and many friends.
