DEATH NOTICE
We regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Laurence Lachaîne nee Demers, on October 30th, 2019 at the age of 97.
She was the daughter of the late Damien Demers and the late Flora Bédard;
the loving wife of the late Yvon Lachaîne of Chute-à-Blondeau, with whom she had a very beautiful life.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Patricia Demers (Cornwall), as well as her nieces, nephews, spouses and children.
She had demonstrated a lot of energy throughout her life, both at work and through hobbies. She has gone to those she had loved so much and with whom, for several years, she had been talking to daily. She would have liked to give a big, big thank you to the staff at the Prescott-Russell Residence in Hawkesbury for the generous attention, kindness and all the services they have given her over the past few years.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
The funeral will be held in the Saint-Pierre-Apôtre church in Hawkesbury on Saturday, November 16th, 2019 at 11 a.m.
The family will be at the church starting at 10 a.m. to receive your condolences.
For those who wish, donations to the Prescott-Russell Residence Foundation, 1020, Cartier Boul., Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1W7, would be appreciated.
