DEATH NOTICE
Mr. Jacques Lavigne of Dalkeith passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
He was the son of the late François Lavigne and the late Cécile Martineau;
the beloved father of Jackie (Josh Swerdfeger);
the beloved grandfather of Sebastien Lapierre, Brady Lapierre, Candice McCarthy (Jordan Bissonnette), Amber Jarvis and the great-grandfather of Paisley Jarvis, Presley Jarvis, Skylah Bissonnette and Zariah Bissonnette;
the dear brother of Carmelle, Adé (late Marcel Lafrance) and Lise (Jacques Henri).
He was predeceased by three sisters: Antoinette (André Bergounhon), Marcelle (late Germain Bissonnette), Lorraine and one brother (Guy (late Annette Cronier).
He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Heartwood Residence in Cornwall and the staff of the Cornwall Community Hospital for their support and excellent care.
The family invites relatives and friends to the Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511 on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. A celebration will follow in the privacy of the family.
