DEATH NOTICE
An angel is gone after only 5 days of love shared with him. Baby Malik St-Germain left for heaven on Friday September 9, 2022.
His parents Mrs. Diane Pharand and André St-Germain, as well as his brothers and sisters: Isabelle, Alexis, Andrien, Matéo and Lucas. will always miss this little angel
He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
The parents wish to thank the staff of the Ottawa General Hospital and the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario CHEO for their support and care.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario
(877) 632-8511.
An angel ceremony will be held in the privacy of the family.
For those who wish, donations to the Children's Hospital Foundation (CHEO), 415 Smyth Rd., Ottawa, Ontario, K1H 8M8 would be appreciated.
