DEATH NOTICE
We are sad to announce the passing of Ira “Red” Honsinger in his 79th year on October 25, 2022. Ira lived many years in Lefaivre, Ontario.
He will be missed by his children, Alan and Kimberly;
his grandchildren, Gabriel, Angelica, Liam, Willow and great grandchildren Lou-anna and Alexandre;
his sister, Kathy (Bob) Darrell;
his nieces and nephew, Colleen, Bruce, Jennifer, Amy and their families.
He was predeceased by his parents, Winnifred and Allan; his sister, Barbara; his stepmother Muriel; and his grandson, Darren.
Everyone who met Red will remember his mischievous smile and his great sense of humor.
The family wishes to thank the Champlain LTC Residence in L’Orignal for their support and care of Ira during his last year.
Funeral details were entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416, rue McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511
A celebration will be held at a later date.
