DEATH NOTICE
Mr. Gérard Moreau of Hawkesbury passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at the age of 95.
He was the beloved husband of the late Denyse St-Pierre;
the son of the late Philippe Moreau and Berthe Dumais;
the beloved father of Silvia (Hans-Peter Nyffeler), Richard (Nancy Poirier) and Robert (Leslie Moffit);
beloved grandfather of Philippe and Evelyn;
dear brother of Sr. Gilberte.
He was predeceased by many brothers and sisters: Jean-Paul, Gemma, Madeleine, Raymond, Monique, Audette, Claude and Gilles.
He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Hawkesbury General Hospital for their loving care.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
A celebration will be held in the privacy of the family.
For those who wish, donations to the Hawkesbury General Hospital Foundation, 1111 Ghislain Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 3G5 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
