DEATH NOTICE
The St-Jean family is saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Hubert St-Jean of Plantagenet, on Friday, March 1, 2024, at the age of 74.
He was the beloved husband of the late Carol Lambert;
the son of the late Dassise St-Jean and the late Lucienne Groulx.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters: Aurèle (Diane Gorley), Gisèle, Diane (Richard Brazeau), Suzanne (Normand Ranger) and Guy;
many nieces and nephews;
his two best friends: François Hébert and Robert Villeneuve.
He was predeceased by two brothers: Lucien (Lise St-Jean), Michel (Pierrette Viau) and a sister Dora St-Jean.
A special thank you to the staff of the Champlain residence in L'Orignal and of the Hawkesbury General Hospital for their devotion and care of Hubert.
During his lifetime, he was a member of the Plantagenet Knights of Columbus.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416 McGill, Hawkesbury, ON. 877-632-8511.
In accordance with Hubert's wishes, the service will be held in the privacy of the family.
For those who wish, donations to the Hawkesbury General Hospital Foundation, 1111 Ghislain Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
