DEATH NOTICE
Mr. René Houle of Hawkesbury passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the age of 73.
He was the loving husband of Béatrice Houle née Quan;
the son of the late William Houle and Albertine Lalonde;
the beloved father of Sylvie (Richard Quan) and Marcel (Janie);
beloved grandfather of Maxime, Jessica (Anthony), Olivier and great-grandfather of Darren;
dear brother of Jean-Paul, Pierrette, Jeannette and Roger.
He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters;
He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416, McGill St., Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
Funeral service will be held at the Saint-Pierre-Apôtre Parish in Hawkesbury on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. The family will be present from 10:30 a.m. to receive your condolences.
For those who wish, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 2300 Yonge Street, Suite 1200, P.O. Box 2414, Toronto, ON, M4P 1E4 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
