DEATH NOTICE
Mr. Rolland Berniquez of Hawkesbury passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the age of 75.
He was the son of the late Henri Berniquez and the late Georgette Pressault;
the beloved father of Lise, Gilles, Brigitte, Rolland Jr., Éric, Lucie, Wayne and Cynthia;
beloved grandfather of many grandchildren;
and the dear brother of Joanne, Manon, Marcel, Alain and Yvon.
He is also survived by his friend of 52 years, Butch Lacasse.
He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to thank the team at the Hawkesbury General Hospital for their kindness and good care.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, 613-877-8511.
A celebration will be held at St-Pierre Apôtre Parish in Hawkesbury at a date to be announced.
For those who wish, donations to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Foundation, 415 Smyth Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1H 8M8 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
