DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Shirley Curran MacDonald of Lachute passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at the age of 82.
She was the beloved wife of the late James MacDonald;
the daughter of the late Samuel Curran and the late Rhéa Duschesne;
the beloved mother of Michael (Annie), Glenn (Hollie) and Patrick (Jessica);
beloved grandmother of Bryce, Blake, Samantha, Dayton and great-grandmother of Ryder;
the dear sister of Dale and Howard (Jackie).
She was predeceased by her brother Drummond (Ruth) and her sister Beverly (Dan).
She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of the Lachute Residence for their excellent care.
The family invites relatives and friends to the Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416 McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario, (877) 632-8511, on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A celebration will follow in the privacy of the family.
For those who wish, donations to the Alzheimer Society, P.O. Box 1852, Cornwall, Ontario, K6H 6N6 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the Food Bank.
