DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Sandy Larocque of Hawkesbury passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the age of 46.
She was the loving partner of Mathieu Desabrais;
the daughter of Jacques Larocque (Gérald Gaudeault) and Anita Rouire (Pierre Sposib);
beloved mother of Gabrielle Laliberté (Sean Sliman), Angelik Laliberté, and Zoé Desabrais;
grandmother of Mayson Sliman;
dear sister of Mélanie.
She is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
The family would like to thank Roxanne Lapensée of Bayshore and the staff of the palliative care unit at Hawkesbury General Hospital for their excellent care.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416 McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.

For those who wish to make a donation, please send it to the Canadian Cancer Society, 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario, M4V 2Y7 and/or the Myasthenia Gravis Society, 1674 Swan Crescent, Courtenay, BC, V9N 9A7 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the food bank.
