DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Fleurette Béland of Hawkesbury passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the age of 78.
She was the loving wife of the late Paul-Jules Gravel;
the daughter of the late Lucien Béland and the late Gilberte Lefrançois;
the beloved mother of Linda (Jacques), the late Paul, Sonia, and Denis (Christine);
the adored grandmother of Cénia, Jordan (Virginie), Lou-eve (Dave), Selena, Keesha, Julien, and Vincent;
the great-grandmother of several great-grandchildren;
the dear sister of Rachel (Denis) and Ghislain (France).
She was predeceased by her sisters: Lucienne, Doris, and Aline.
She is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends, including her neighbors and her bingo friends, whom she loved so much.
The family invites relatives and friends to the Berthiaume Family Funeral Home, 416 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The funeral service will be held at St. Pierre-Apôtre Parish in Hawkesbury, 470 Main Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario, M4V 2Y7, would be appreciated.
