à l'âge de 83 ans.
Elle était la tendre épouse de feu Tadeusz Ratajczak;
la fille de feu Konstantin Kornek et de feu Monika Adamczyk;
la mère bien-aimée John Ratel (Susan), Harry (Marie), Stanley (Manon Soucy), Tony (Tina Cormier) et Theodore (Sue Hudson);
la grand-mère adorée de Stephen, Kimberly, Noah, Abigale, Elisha, Melissa et Bradley;
la chère soeur de Gertrud Kornek Rhan et Hilda Grade.
Lui survivent également plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-soeurs, cousins, cousines, neveux, nièces et ami(e)s.
La famille invite parents et amis au Salon Funéraire Familial Berthiaume. 416, rue McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario(877) 632-8511 le mardi 18 mars 2014 de 14 h à 17 h et de 19 h a 22 h, le mercredi 19 mars 2014 de 9 h 30.
Les obsèques auront lieu en l’église St-Jude de Hawkesbury le mercredi 19 mars 2014 à 11 h.
Pour ceux qui le désirent des dons à la Fondation des Hôpitaux d’Ottawa, 737 Parkdale Ave., Ottawa, Ontario, K1Y 1J8 seraient appréciés.
