AVIS DE DÉCÈS
Madame Susan Dorothy Smith de Lake Louisa, Québec est décédée le lundi 28 janvier 2019 à l'âge de 69 ans.
Elle était la tendre épouse de Donald Smith;
la fille de feu Allan Fletcher et de feu Dorothy Gilbert;
la mère bien-aimée d’Amanda (Wesley), Cheryl et Stephanie (Jeff);
la grand-mère adorée de Jack, Faith et Emma;
la chère sœur de Barbara (Gordie) et Ken (Laurie).
Elle fut prédécédée par plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, tantes, cousins, cousines, neveux, nièces et amis.
La famille aimerais remercié le personnel de l'Hopital Général de Hawkesbury et d'Ottawa pour les bons soins.
La direction des funérailles a été confiée au Salon Funéraire Familial Berthiaume. 416, rue McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
Une célébration de sa vie prendra place à une date ultérieure.
