DEATH NOTICE
Mrs. Gaëtane Boislard from L'Orignal passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at the age of 76.
She was the daughter of the late Florien Boislard and of the late Ana-Lea Poirier;
the cherished mother of Susane Gauthier (Despasquale), Ronald Gauthier, Pierre Larocque and Gaetanne Larocque;
the loving grandmother of Tosha Smith, Austin Gauthier-Hess, Karissa Gauthier-Hess, Cole Gauthier-Hess, Dylan Gauthier-Hess, Gabrielle Gauthier-Lalonde and Abigail Lemire;
the dear sister of Rosaire Boislard, Pauline Boislard, Carole Brunet (Boislard), Paul Boislard, Noëlla Samson (Boislard) and Hélène Boislard.
She was predeceased by a son Richard Gauthier and her sisters : Chantale Boislard and Francine Roy (Boislard)
``Like the wind she lived a free spirited life. Her struggles brought her strength. She never walked alone as God held her hand and guided her path``
The family would like to thank the staff of the second floor of the Hawkesbury General Hospital for their empathy, compassion and advocation for better comfort.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Berthiaume Family Funeral Home 416 McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511.
A funeral service will be held in the privacy of the family.
For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario, M4V 2Y7 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the Food Bank.
