DEATH NOTICE
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Suzanne Clermont
on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the age of 86, following a brief battle with cancer.
She was the beloved wife of the late Emmanuel Clermont and common-law spouse of the late Gérald Guillemette;
the eldest daughter of the late Joseph Ouimet and Maria Lalande;
the beloved mother of Michèle and Richard (Mary);
beloved grandmother of Maxime and Alexis (Cassia);
cherished sister of Madeleine (George), Sr. Micheline, Nicole (Maurice), Pierre (Ghyslaine), Marcel (late Diane), and the late Jean-Marc (late Liliane).
Also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family wishes to sincerely thank the staff of the Hematology Department and the Palliative Care Unit of the Ottawa General Hospital for the excellent care given to Suzanne and the compassion shown to the family.
The family will receive relatives and friends for condolences at the Family Funeral Home, 416, McGill St., Hawkesbury, Ontario, (877) 632-8511, on Monday, July 8, 2024, beginning at 10 a.m. A celebration will follow in Les Jardins d'Armande at 12 p.m., followed by a reception at the Chute-à-Blondeau Community Centre.
For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario, M4V 2Y7 would be appreciated.
The funeral home will make a donation in memory of your loved one to the Food Bank.
