EDWARD LEMAY
5 Août 1921 – 17 Janvier 2013
Edward ‘’Eddy’’ Lemay de Hawkesbury, Ontario est décédé paisiblement à la Résidence Prescott Russell.
Née le 5 août, 1921, il était l’ainé de feu Hector Lemay et feu Ellen Gustaffson de Hawkesbury.
Eddy laisse dans le deuil l’amour de sa vie, son épouse bien-aimée
de 65 ans Mary (Jardine).
Père bien-aimé de John (Lois) d’Austin, Texas et Brenda (Dr. Christopher Brooks) de Hudson Québec ainsi que le grand-papa adoré de Matthew, Carolyn,Meaghan, Victoria et Allyson.
Eddy était le cher frère de Richard (Doreen), feu Elmer(Shirley), Lillian (feu Ken), Gladys (Ted), Ruth et feu Ann.
Lui survivent également plusieurs cousins, cousines, neveux, nièces et ami(e)s.
Un Vétéran de la seconde guerre mondiale(RCAF), Eddy a beaucoup donné à sa communauté en tant qu’entraîneur de hockey mineur et comme un opérateur de radio-amateur (VE3CUF). Un pêcheur accompli, ses petits-enfants et amis étaient fascinés par la façon dont il jouait avec son violon et son harmonica.
Eddy avait une âme charitable douce, a été apprécié par tous ceux qui l’on connu et sera toujours dans nos coeurs.
Les visites auront lieu au Salon funéraire Berthiaume Ltée. 416, rue McGill, Hawkesbury, Ontario (877) 632-8511. Mardi le 22 janvier 2013 à compter de 13 h. Un service suivra en la chapelle McGill à Hawkesbury à 14 h, célébré par Révérend Bob Martin.
